Summary

Great opportunity to join a well-respected Southeastern regional boutique law firm concentrating in the technology and life-sciences sectors. Our ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of law firm experience, preferably in a top law firm, with experience in M&A, private equity and/or emerging companies and excellent academic credentials from a top law school.

Responsibilities Include

• Corporate finance, including venture capital, private equity and debt transactions
• Mergers & acquisitions
• General corporate and contract work

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of law firm corporate transaction experience
• Superior analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in technology and entrepreneurial ventures
• Desire to build a career in private practice
• Strong business and financial acumen
