With the addition of RPG Solutions to the team, the 2014 Survey provides a more robust benefits section featuring a detailed analysis of benefits offered by participating companies to their general employee population.
The report, specific to the Southeast market, analyzes trends and forecasts for general employee policies, benefits and compensation data for executive-level and other select positions in eligible life science and technology companies. In 2014 the participant pool was expanded and includes participants from more than 60 organizations. In addition to previously qualified participants (those who have received equity financing from an institutional investor or at least $500,000 from angel investors), this year the survey includes companies that offer equity compensation to employees and have had either (1) at least $500,000 in annual revenue or (2) have 5 or more employees
