D. Adam Wanee

Adam focuses on general corporate representation, in addition to his work in mergers and acquisitions and securities law.  He received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a Hardy Cross Dillard Scholar.  Adam served as a senior editor for the Virginia Tax Review, one of the country’s top tax specialty journals.  Adam earned his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in Business and Economics from Wheaton College (IL).
