Devon E. White

Devon has practiced exclusively in the field of intellectual property law with a focus on trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation.  She works with clients on branding strategies and building and maintaining strategic domestic and international portfolios.  She has represented clients in a broad range of fields, including technology, higher education and athletics, health and medicine, fitness, food and beverage, publishing and the arts.  A significant portion of Devon's practice involves the handling of trademark disputes, and oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  Devon also teaches trademark law at the North Carolina Central University School of Law and at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
