Emily M. King

Emily’s practice consists of advising and assisting life science and information technology companies in all legal aspects of general business matters. She counsels clients through each stage of the company’s life, including its initial corporate formation,  day to day contracting, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities laws compliance, as well as corporate leasing.

Emily also advises clients on employment matters, from beginning a new employment relationship to terminating an existing relationship.  She advises clients in understanding and complying with state and federal employment law and prepares employee handbooks for use by employers.
