J. Ford Eubanks

Ford is experienced in assisting startups and high-growth private companies from formation to exit or IPO, including financing, equity matters, contract negation, regulatory compliance, and mergers & acquisitions. Ford also has worked extensively with venture capital and private equity investors to alignfinancial and governance priorities with companies and promote long-term cooperation and growth. Ford has both a legal and financial background as a public accountant and is able to bring his broad industry experience to bear for clients in technology, life science, manufacturing, transportation and infrastructure, and other cutting-edge fields.

Ford is an adjunct professor teaching Venture Finance Law at the University of North Carolina School of Law, having graduated with honors and founded the Entrepreneurial Law Association. Ford is a devoted Tarheel, with a Masters’ Degree in Accounting and a Bachelors’ Degree in Economics from UNC.
