Jasjit Grewal

Jasjit is passionate about counseling startups and high-growth companies from formation to exit, including financing, equity matters, and mergers & acquisitions. Jasjit also works with investors and venture capital funds who invest in emerging growth companies. Prior to joining Hutchison, Jasjit practiced at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, DC, where she counseled companies on corporate matters and mergers & acquisitions, and Cooley LLP in Seattle, WA, where she counseled companies on financings. Jasjit also brings a unique perspective through her background in public accounting.

Jasjit graduated Order of the Coif and High Honors from the University of Washington School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology, and Arts. Jasjit received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Washington.
