L. Aylett Colston
Efficient, practical solutions to business challenges are the focus of Aylett’s practice. She uses her years of professional and community experience to assist her clients with a wide range of corporate and business issues including formation, corporate governance, business agreements, employment matters and angel and venture financings. Aylett has represented venture-backed technology companies in their initial start up and through a variety of exit transactions.
Aylett is an active volunteer in the community and has served on and advised non-profit boards that focus on early childhood education and special needs children.
