Allison H. Black
For more than 19 years, Allison has provided support to corporate attorneys, including maintenance of corporate and equity records, preparation of general corporate and transaction documents, management of transaction closings, communication with clients and opposing counsel regarding various matters and the review, assembly and organization of due diligence materials, and Blue Sky research.
Allison graduated with a B.A. from Duke University and also completed graduate work in historic preservation at Middle Tennessee State University. She completed the Paralegal Program at Meredith College. She is a North Carolina certified paralegal. A published author, Allison wrote An Architectural History of Burlington, North Carolina and co-authored The Historic Architecture of Halifax County, North Carolina.
