Courtney E. Butler
Since joining Hutchison PLLC in 2011, Courtney has provided support to corporate attorneys, including maintenance of corporate, preparation of general corporate and transaction documents, management of transaction closings, communication with clients and opposing counsel regarding various matters and the review, assembly and organization of due diligence materials.
Courtney graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining Hutchison PLLC she was an Assistant Vice President in the Client Data Management and Control group at Credit Suisse USA, overseeing and performing client due diligence reviews. Previous to Credit Suisse, Courtney worked for five years as a paralegal with Smith Breeden Associates, Inc. in Durham, NC, providing direct support to the General Counsel.
