Ken provides legal counsel to entrepreneurs and technology companies, primarily regarding corporate, securities, contract and intellectual property issues, with a particular emphasis on startups, spinouts and angel or venture financings.
Maready worked as an associate at Hutchison Law Group from 2002-2005. He later went on to serve as General Counsel & Director of Strategic Affairs at venture-backed Integrian, Inc. Following his tenure at Integrian, Maready relocated to Blacksburg and established a practice serving entrepreneurs and startups in Blacksburg and Roanoke. He now oversees Hutchison Law Group’s office in Blacksburg, Virginia.
