Holly E. R. Hammer

Holly’s practice focuses on employment law. She provides strategic employment law advice and counsel to companies at all stages of growth on a wide range of employment related issues, including onboarding and exiting employees, workplace policies and procedures, employment and separation agreements, reductions in force, discrimination and harassment complaints, protection of trade secrets and proprietary information, diligence issues in mergers and acquisitions, workplace investigations, worker and job classification issues, leave and accommodation matters and other workplace disputes and personnel issues. Holly also assists clients with claims filed with the EEOC and DOL. In addition, Holly regularly provides workplace training on harassment, hiring and management practices and speaks and writes on employment law topics in the community.
