Holly A. Coldiron

Holly works with growing and established companies, primarily in the areas of intellectual property protection and transactions. She has experience in general corporate matters, including counseling clients on organizational structure and founders’ issues, along with helping emerging companies raise capital and structure equity or debt financings. Her experience also includes assisting established companies with initial public offerings.

Holly helped to establish Hutchison's trademark practice and has assisted clients with protecting and maintaining branding programs, including obtaining trademarks in a variety of classes in both the United States and abroad. She also regularly advises clients on copyright matters, including ownership and registration.
