Annual Compensation Report of Venture-Backed North Carolina Companies
Hutchison Law Group and Carlyle & Conlan teamed to produce this year's Annual Compensation Survey. The 2011 edition of the report captures data on additional executive-level positions, equity incentive plan offerings and fundraising forecasts for 2012. The report continues to offer equity compensation data, as well as compensation trends for Board of Directors and Board of Advisors.
