Addrenex Pharmaceuticals, a drug development company based in Durham and a Hutchison Law Group client, was recently acquired by Sciele Pharma for $29 million dollars.

Hutchison Law Group, along with Leerink Swann, served as advisors to Addrenex in the transaction.
