Jasjit is a talented attorney with a passion for guiding technology and life sciences companies through all stages of their growth, from formation to strategic exit. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, commercial transactions, and general corporate counseling.
Before joining Hutchison, Jasjit was an associate at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, DC, where she provided counsel to companies on complex mergers & acquisitions, and Cooley LLP in Seattle, WA, where she focused on representing high growth technology companies in venture capital financing transactions and general corporate matters.

Jasjit's diverse professional background also includes experience in public accounting, providing her with a unique perspective that enables her to offer well-rounded and practical solutions to her clients. Jasjit graduated Order of the Coif and High Honors from the University of Washington School of Law, where she was the Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology, and Arts, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Washington.
