Rebecca is passionate about innovation and assisting emerging and growth technology and life sciences companies with a wide range of legal matters, and brings to the firm significant experience in the negotiation of complex licenses and technology transactions.

Having previously practiced at Wilson Sonsini in its Boston office, Rebecca has developed a reputation for excellence in advising startups and growth companies across a number of sectors in the life sciences and technology industries. Her dedication to the innovation economy aligns perfectly with Hutchison’s mission to support innovative businesses at every stage of their growth.

Rebecca received her law degree from Duke University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University. At Duke Law, she served on the Moot Court Executive Board, and as a Staff Editor for both the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and the Duke Law & Technology Review. Additionally, she contributed her time as a Student Attorney in the Immigration Rights Clinic.
