Martin L. Beacham
Martin works with emerging growth companies in a variety of industries, focusing on corporate and intellectual property issues entrepreneurs face. He aims to provide clients with guidance on business issues and on navigating the complex thicket of intellectual-property law and regulations, thereby offering companies in a variety of growth stages comprehensive strategies and best practices. Martin simultaneously earned both his J.D. and LL.M. in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Board member of Duke Law Journal and as a Student Attorney in the Startup Ventures Clinic. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics with minors in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Miami.
