Harry and Jeff each bring a wealth of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, and other complex transactional matters, further strengthening Hutchison’s commitment to providing practical, strategic guidance to life sciences and technology entrepreneurs, startups, growth companies and investors.

Harry’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate governance, enabling him to support clients through intricate transactions and pivotal strategic decisions. He frequently serves as outside general counsel for early-stage startups, guiding them from pre-revenue through successful exits. Prior to joining Hutchison, Harry practiced in San Francisco with Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP, advising clients on significant transactions. He holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a B.A. from the University of California, Davis.

Jeff is passionate about helping startups and emerging-growth companies navigate every stage of their journey, from formation to exit. His expertise includes debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contract negotiation, in addition to counseling investors and venture capital funds. With a background in public accounting and financial advisory, Jeff brings a unique financial perspective to corporate transactions, having worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Marcum LLP, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He earned his law degree from Boston College Law School and his M.S. in Accountancy from Northeastern University.
