Harry is dedicated to offering practical and actionable guidance to entrepreneurs, startups, established companies, and investors across diverse industries. He has a wealth of experience in corporate, commercial, and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, spinouts, and corporate governance. He often serves as outside general counsel for early-stage startups, providing legal support throughout their corporate lifecycle—from pre-revenue to successful exit.
Prior to joining Hutchison, Harry practiced in the San Francisco offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he represented investors, entrepreneurs, and non-profits on a wide range of transactions.
