Jeff Dary

Jeff is passionate about assisting and counseling startups and emerging-growth companies from formation to exit, including entity formation, debt and equity financing, contract drafting, mergers & acquisitions. He also counsels investors and venture capital funds who invest in emerging growth companies. Jeff graduated from Boston College Law School. Jeff received his Master of Science in Accountancy from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College, where he majored in Accounting and minored in Religious Studies. Jeff brings a unique perspective through his background in public accounting and financial accounting advisory.

Prior to joining Hutchison, Jeff practiced in Boston at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focused on private equity transactions. Prior to and during law school, Jeff worked at Marcum LLP in their Financial Accounting Advisory Services and Transaction Advisory Services practices. Jeff also worked at Floyd Advisory LLC as a forensic accounting associate as well as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their assurance practice.
