Rebecca Reeves

Rebecca is passionate about assisting startups with all sorts of matters, with a particular focus on intellectual property management and drafting and negotiating contracts.
Prior to joining Hutchison, Rebecca practiced in Boston at Wilson Sonsini, where she focused on intellectual property and technology transactions.
Rebecca received her law degree from Duke University School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Executive Board. She also served as a Staff Editor for both the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and the Duke Law & Technology Review, and as a Student Attorney in the Immigration Rights Clinic. Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Northeastern University, with a Pre-Law Minor.
