Joshua M. Hayes
Josh practices corporate law, where he regularly advises entrepreneurs, startups, established companies and investors across a wide range of sectors, including software, digital marketplaces, web 3.0, medical devices, gene therapy, biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals and hemp/cannabis. He has a wealth of experience in corporate, commercial and transactional matters, including early- and late-stage equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, spinouts, licensing and corporate governance. Before joining Hutchison, Josh practiced in the Charlotte office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP where he represented a wide variety of regional and national companies in transactional, regulatory compliance and copyright and trademark matters.
