Joshua M. Hayes

Josh’s principal areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and counseling clients on general corporate startup, governance and transactional matters. Before joining Hutchison, Josh practiced in the Charlotte office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, during which time Josh represented a wide variety of regional and national companies in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations and strategic partnerships, and advised his clients on a variety of regulatory compliance issues, as well as copyright and federal and state trademark matters.
