Stephanie is passionate about startups and small businesses and counsels them on a variety of areas including formation, contract drafting and review, equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions. She primarily works with companies in the technology industry including software companies, video game developers and application development companies. She also works with investors and venture capital funds who invest in emerging growth companies. She aims for a more practical approach to advising clients and enjoys working with entrepreneurs from formation to exit.
